Before you set out
Entry is for adults 19 or older. Ontario casinos accept only valid government-issued photo ID, and staff must check anyone who appears under 30. The operator's code of conduct says it plainly: "We ID under 30." Bring the original card, since secondary ID may be requested.
Parking on site is free. Smoking or vaping outside designated areas is prohibited, and cannabis is not allowed anywhere on the property. The Player's Lounge & Café is described as fully accessible, and Kawartha Downs publishes an AODA policy with a multi-year accessibility plan for 2026 to 2031.
