A casino beside the track in Elora
Elements Casino Grand River operates at Grand River Raceway, 7445 Wellington County Rd 21, Elora, ON N0B 1S0. It is a casino at a horse racing track, one of ten such rooms among the 30 this guide maps. The raceway opened in 2004, with a first race date of April 24, 2004. Its 5/8-mile track spreads across 53 acres.
Under Ontario's model, land-based casinos are conducted and managed by OLG. Day-to-day operations go to private service providers, and here that provider is Great Canadian Entertainment. The raceway itself is owned and operated by the Grand River Agricultural Society, a not-for-profit. In this guide's night sky, the room is one star in the Southwest constellation.
